Vintage Caithness Glass “Rondo” Pattern Art Glass Bud Vase

This item is a vintage Caithness Glass “Rondo” pattern art glass bud vase. Produced by the famous Scottish studio Caithness Glass, this miniature posy or bud vase features a distinctive hand-blown, bulbous body with a slightly flared rim.

The design showcases an abstract, mottled swirl pattern blending deep amethyst purple and smoky sable tones with white inclusions trapped within the clear glass casing. Because each piece was individually mouth-blown, the exact distribution and flow of the coloured glass swirls are entirely unique to every vase.
