We want you to be delighted with your vintage find. If you are not, here is how returns work. This page summarises section 6 and 7 of our Terms and Conditions.

Changed your mind?

• You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Just email jenny@20thcenturystuff.com with your order number.
• Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, well packed, to: 20thCenturyStuff, 15a Heol-y-Parc, Efail Isaf, Pontypridd, Rhondda Cynon Taf, CF38 1AN, United Kingdom.
• You pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• We refund the item price and the original postage you paid (up to the cost of our standard delivery option) within 14 days of receiving the item, or of your proof of postage if sooner.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Damaged, faulty or not as described?

Please email us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will put it right, normally with a full refund including all postage, and we will pay for the return.
