Vintage Amber Glass Oil and Vinegar Bottles with Cork Stoppers, 1970s-1980s

Pair of vintage retro 1970s or 1980s amber glass bottles with cork stoppers, for an oil and vinegar condiment set, in good condition. Manufactured in England during the 1970s and 1980s.

Modelled after vintage apothecary or chemical reagent flasks, they use a dark brown amber glass intended to block light and preserve contents. The words “OIL” and “VINEGAR” are screen-printed on the front in a gold-coloured serif typeface.
